Welcome to Tech Buddi (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our online platform, which connects buyers (“you”, “your”) with independent IT technicians who provide onsite field services. By accessing or using Tech Buddi, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under UK law.

Services Offered: Tech Buddi facilitates the booking of onsite IT support services delivered by independent technicians. We do not directly provide these services and are not responsible for their execution or outcomes.

Account Registration: To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Commission and Fees: Tech Buddi charges a commission on each completed service transaction. This commission is included in the total price shown at the time of booking. Technicians are paid the remaining balance after our commission is deducted.

Booking and Payment: All bookings and payments must be made through the Tech Buddi platform. Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider.

Cancellations and Refunds: Refunds and cancellations are assessed on a case-by-case basis. There is no fixed timeline for reviewing refund requests. If you experience an issue with a service, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Disputes: We will investigate disputes between buyers and technicians fairly and impartially. Our decision regarding refunds or adjustments is final.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to: a.) Misrepresent your identity or service needs b.) Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes c.) Harass or abuse technicians or other users

Intellectual Property:All content on Tech Buddi, including logos, text, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damages arising from technician services, delays, or platform outages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the disputed service.

Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
